Shipping, returns or refunds

Shipping.

Our aim is to ship all orders placed on a week day within 24 hours of confirmation of payment. When possible we will strive to send orders on the same day if payment has been met. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery.
We currently use Courier Post and NZPost for all deliveries.

International shipments may require confirmation of freight costs before completion.

Returns and refunds.

If product has been ordered incorrectly by the customer the product should be returned, unopened for a full refund. Please inform us by emailing or calling within 7 days of dispatch. All postage costs will be to the cost of the customer.

All our products are manufactured to the highest standards and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality or the product is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of dispatch and we will offer a replacement at no additional charge.

All Miessence products carry a full 15 day money back guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with a Miessence product simply let us know and we will arrange a full refund of the cost of the goods.
