Simply chew 1 tablet from each bottle 6 times daily to complete this process.
Quite simply take a dose at breakfast, morning tea time, lunch, afternoon tea time, dinner and bedtime. Wash down with water and finish the bottles. The process will take 2 weeks with one bottle of each, you may want to consider using a second duo to really take it to the next level.
