BenfoMax is a source of benfotiamine, S-benzoylthiamine-O-monophosphate, it is a fat soluble vitamin B1 (thiamine) derivative that exhibits enhanced bioavailability and bioactivity. It is found naturally in small amounts in vegetables from the Allium genus, including garlic, onions, and leeks.
